Most orders ship within one to two business days via UPS Ground from our Henderson, North Carolina location. Regretfully, we cannot deliver to post office boxes at this time.  Almost all packages are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground using the shipping rate table below. A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as it is available. To offset additional shipping costs, there is a $15 surcharge for all orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.
